### Detailed Meeting Notes

- Purpose of the mtg(s) we're planning- 
    - 1- opportunity to raise + discuss issues
    - 2- review current operating structure
    - 3- synthesize + move forward on GA AIs 
        - points 1+ 2 could be combined into 1 mtg, point 3 could be its own mtg
- how to get folks to show up consistently/ how to encourage more participation + engagement 
    - put up a bulletin board to announce mtgs (repurpose proposals board?)
    - GAs happen quarterly/ every 4 mos./ bi annually (?)- attract new folks + those who left due to WB vibes 
        - build in 30min orientation to quarterly GA
        - other work/ mtgs happen in between GAs 
            - resurrect Sunday admin mtgs but rotate focus
        - come to internal alignment on: 
            - resource allocation 
                - micro grants
            - calendar prioritization
    - have community liason in contact w all groups- "communicators" that pass info btwn WGs/ admin
    - invite poli ed to admin committee
    - build mtg schedule for admin committee hosted mtgs- committees pick your spot in rotation 
        - a regular schedule makes outreach easier
        - off quarter orientation (if GAs biannual)?
    - RC job fair (or whatever we call it)
