Proposal Description (and variations)
Proposal is for change to go into effect Jan 1. Meetings will occasionally land on holidays such as the first of this year. In those cases we either meet the day before or the day after, whichever more people can attend (discuss in chat). Going forward from this date meetings for Spokescouncil will be held on alternating 1st Thursdays and Saturdays of each month.
