Everyone will receive a shelf and will be either unaffected or positively impacted. People who
use the shelves for personal junk storage will be negatively impacted.

Printing of groups' own palm cards may require a small amount of labor from groups or from the
library stewardship committee.

The library stewardship committee will directly reach out to each group to communicate needs
and ideas and support them with organization.

Proposal Description (and variations)
- We are proposing that each working group gets its own shelf in the library, to use to
display books, show off their personality (in an inviting way to bring in participants to their
