• 120V only, no 220V electricity
• Circuits still need to be mapped and rated, but basically there are 2-3 15 amp circuits., some outlets are not grounded.

NO open flames

NO amplified live music (acoustic ok by approval)

NO unauthorized use of heavy machinery (woodshop, elevator)

NO unauthorized use of the gym (bathroom access ok) 

NO graffiti/ vandalism
