READgewood Tutoring is dedicated to offering free tutoring to children in the Ridgewood community. While we began with a focus on reading skills, we have since expanded to include sessions in math, science, and life skills.

Powers & Rights:

• READgewood Tutoring is entitled to schedule a weekly two-hour tutoring class at Ridgewood Commons, coordinated in advance with the Programming Committee.
• We may store class materials and supplies on-site, in a location arranged in collaboration with the Facilities Committee.

Responsibilities & Liability:

• Tutors are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all students during sessions.
• We are also accountable for ensuring that students respect the space and do not cause damage.
• Each session will conclude with a full cleanup of the area used.
• We will work with the fundraising committee to find ways to support the space.
• All our adult tutors will sign MOUs to wave RC's responsiblity.
