Proposal Description (and variations)

The Bookshelf Steward Committee proposes the old library should NOT continue being used as an all-inclusive storage space and we should instead clear the area of unclaimed items in order to begin the process of discussing in future Bookshelf Steward Committee meetings (which will be open for anyone to attend) about how the space can be instead used for a purpose that is beneficial to all working groups, without people fighting over claiming the space for their working group.
