• We  would like a highly visible, physical calendar in the RC space. We are motivated by the need for clarity, transparency, and outreach for event planning. Writing workshop benefits from a well informed public & having a public calendar in the space would help us with attendance.

Everyone! We hope that all working groups, and rentals can use this resource for planning and annoucements.

Writing group is committed to making and posting this interactive calendar and refreshing for the new months. All other working groups will be in charge of posting their dates on this calendar. After events are approved/confirmed on digital cal, working groups/hosts will put their confirmed dates on the physical calendar, by thumbtacking a note on to the proper date.

Writing workshop is availablw for setting up calendar, and clearing monthly. We are open to Admin group taking this over. Working groups will be responsible for posting their individual dates.
