Amendment: "All working groups should commit to working with the Fundraising committee to find ongoing ways for our group to support Ridgewood Commons"

"Relational Skills" prospective committee withdrew their charter because they decided that although the group of people who were involved in this group will continue to meet, they decided that they are, at this time, not sure if a working group is the right "form" for this group to take. This action raises questions about how a group of people who aren't incorporated as a working group/admin committee may be formally recognized in this space.

Spokes council Planning Group (SPG) amendment: change to allow only Spokes Council delegates to be involved .... ?

There was some discussion of difficulty/lack of clarity about distinguishing Tech Admin vs Technical Collective. Also difficulty distinguishing basement facilities management vs technical collective. Not yet resolved. 

A point was made about writing the charter in such a way as to use open-ended, generic phrasing over specific phrasing. For example, the charter should declare: "we will work with the Fundraising Committee to determine a monthly contribution," rather than writing, "we will make a monthly contribution of $200/month." The former is flexible enough to allow for changes in monthly contribution without going through the lengthy process of re-ratifying the charter.

Comms Admin Committee does not yet know what sort of process will be put in place to allow other people to make social media posts.

- in 6 months, there will be an opportunity to review and revise the "two-wheel" spokes council model
- every saturday, noonish, there will be an opportunity to table when CSA pickup occurs
