Questions on spokescouncil terminology:

• Clarify "ratification" definition (What does it mean for the charters to be ratified? What is the process to amend?)
• Clarify "friendly amendment" versus "block"
• Clarify "RC member" versus "community"

• How will each of these groups work together, especially with finance and planning/rentals

• Explain why this is a WG instead of a committee
