Detailed Meeting Notes

• Purpose of the mtg(s) we're planning- 
  • 1- opportunity to raise + discuss issues
  • 2- review current operating structure
  • 3- synthesize + move forward on GA AIs
    • points 1+ 2 could be combined into 1 mtg, point 3 could be its own mtg 
• how to get folks to show up consistently/ how to encourage more participation + engagement 
  • put up a bulletin board to announce mtgs (repurpose proposals board?)
  • GAs happen quarterly/ every 4 mos./ bi annually (?)- attract new folks + those who left due to WB vibes
    • build in 30min orientation to quarterly GA 
    • other work/ mtgs happen in between GAs 
      • resurrect Sunday admin mtgs but rotate focus 
    • come to internal alignment on:
      • resource allocation
        • micro grants
      • calendar prioritization
  • have community liason in contact w all groups- "communicators" that pass info btwn WGs/ admin
  • invite poli ed to admin committee
  • build mtg schedule for admin committee hosted mtgs- committees pick your spot in rotation
    • a regular schedule makes outreach easier 
    • off quarter orientation (if GAs biannual)? 
  • RC job fair (or whatever we call it)
