Idle thoughts and TBD agenda items

Thoughts

Participation accessibility

  • establish baseline tech & tech competency required for "participation," pair with mechanisms to minimize barriers to participation. (~LP)
    • e.g. Proposals: Ideally should be discrete properly filed and formatted wiki pages, but could be generated from a form - either via API/page creation, or by librarian style work, where member of group takes form data from other source and creates page. Or similar, but with paper versions that can be filled out and submitted. (~LP)
  • explorations in translated/multilingual elements within infrastructure or events

Privacy / Internal vs External

  • identify areas most likely to contain personally identifying information and think about how to handle that (p cm)

Org wide integration

  • provide and encourage nontechnical means for feedback for communications and technical needs (micro)(+LP)

Spokes

  • Possible to create "note-passing" method for spokes to allow for group members to offer input to spoke.
  • Make our wiki homepage (or other page) friendly and navigable for other groups.

Internal

  • record initial group agreements on (micro)
    • cadence and form of synchronous work (+LP)
    • expected regenerative tasks
    • commitments to initial role-mapping
    • resiliency tactics (knowledge recording, apprenticeship, etc)

Musings on assets and systems

Transparency

It already feels unclear who the admin committee bottom-liners are. These groups and their point-people should be made visible in the physical and digital community space, as well as how to plug in. The same goes for the working groups but i think it's more urgent to get this sorted out for the admin committees at first.
