June 2026 State of the Infra
Overview
As of June 2026, Ridgewood Common's digital infrastructure is spread across a number of hosted and self-hosted solutions that can be disorienting to navigate.
This includes:
- two different self-hosted identity providers (keycloak and authentik) on two different servers
- a self-hosted bookstack wiki on server A
- a self-hosted static website on server B
- project management software (vikunja) on server B that is way out of date [1]
- google and riseup email accounts
- a https://purelymail.com/ account for sending password reset emails etc
- a https://bitwarden.com/ password manager with a single root login account
- web forms on google and tally.so
- spreadsheets on google sheets that are used for coordinating programming bookings & a structured version of our weekly calendar.
- 30? signal groups for group chat
- instagram and bluesky for social media
- https://www.patreon.com/ and https://pools.events/ for recurring donations
- https://pools.events/ for event listing
[1] we're currently at 0.24.6, while the latest is 2.3.0 . it is currently unknow what the migration path is across that many versions
